A D V E N T U R E _R A C I N G Adventure Racing is traditionally a team approach in an extreme off-road endurance event. Most races range from 8 hours in length to multi-day excursions. Participants typically carry all their water, food, and gear necessary to compete against other teams over the course of 60-300 miles of terrain. Races typically involve several of the following disciplines: mountain biking, trail running, orienteering, climbing, repelling, paddling, swimming and horseback.
