InnerStrength provides AI-powered automation services, including but not limited to: review request systems, SMS/text follow-ups, loyalty campaigns, and other marketing or workflow automations. We offer tailored solutions depending on client needs and selected service packages.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activities that occur under your account.


3. Payments and Billing

Services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified. By subscribing, you authorize InnerStrength to charge your preferred payment method for recurring fees. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of service.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel services at any time with written notice. InnerStrength does not offer prorated refunds for unused time in a billing cycle. Refunds are only issued if a service fails to be delivered as promised and cannot be reasonably resolved.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate contact details, business information, and cooperation during setup. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including SMS compliance (such as opt-in/opt-out policies) for customer communications.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom automation workflows, templates, and proprietary tools created by InnerStrength remain the intellectual property of InnerStrength unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

InnerStrength is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our services. We do not guarantee business results or increased revenue, though we strive to improve client outcomes through automation.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the services after any such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
